He has been Managing Director at J. P. Morgan Chase and Senior Economist at the World Bank. He also held the position of General Director of Investment Banking at Banorte-Ixe, one of the largest banks in Mexico in terms of assets. Between 2016 and 2017, he served as Minister of Economy and Finance of Peru.

Martín is a lawyer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, with more than 35 years of experience in Corporate Law and Civil Law, specialising in the area of projects. He has provided services to national and foreign industrial, service, fishing, mining and telecommunications companies.

Roberto is Managing Director of Foros Advisors, a strategic financial and M&A advisory boutique. Roberto has led a distinguished career as a board member and advisor to some of the world's leading corporations, including 10 years as Vice Chairman of the Board and member of the Executive Committee of JP Morgan where he spent 30 years leading the M&A, capital markets and private equity businesses. Roberto currently serves on the Boards of RFHL and Western Union. He served as Chairman of the Chatham House Foundation and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Roberto holds an M.B.A. (Baker Scholar) from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in history from Yale University.

Sebastian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacifico wit a concentration in Economics for the Public Sector. He has experiencie working in the public sector, mainly in the Directorate of Macroeconomic Projections of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Peru, on issues related to macroeconomic forecasting, economic policy, international economics and financial markets.

Lucia holds over 7 years of experience in Investment Banking and Corporate Finance. She participated in M&A and DCM transactions in various sectors, such as financial, pharma, and energy. Teaching Assistant in valuation courses at the Universidad del Pacífico. Bachelor with distinction from the Universidad del Pacífico with studies in finance at The London School of Economics and Political Sciences (United Kingdom), New York University (United States), and Peking University (China).

Experience in structuring corporate debt, including industries such as agro-export, real estate, logistics, cemeteries, among others. Participated in the following transactions: Issuance of short-term instruments for USD 29 MM from Eco-Acuícola S.A.C., USD 20 MM from a logistics company, financing of more than USD 10 MM to real estate companies for working capital, and additionally, the issuance of bonds and short-term instruments for an amount of more than USD 40 MM in previous works.

Graduated in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico, in addition to having passed the CFA level 1 exam. With knowledge in business valuation from Universidad Del Pacífico and the SVC Finance School.

Cristina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a concentration in Finance from Universidad del Pacífico. She has worked as an economic studies intern, research assistant, and teaching assistant, gaining knowledge in macroeconomics, finance, international trade, and econometrics. In the summer of 2024, she was part of the 71st Advanced Economics Program at the Central Reserve Bank of Peru (BCRP), where she specialized in topics related to monetary macroeconomics, financial systems, and forecasting methods.

David has experience in credit risk analysis and credit rating as he worked at Moody's Local as Corporate & Structured Finance Intern, leading credit rating agency in Peru that cover issuers from Perú, Panamá and Bolivia. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Universidad del Pacífico where he finished in the upper fifth (2022). He has knowledge in the fields of corporate finance, financial modelling and valuation, and financial analysis.
